About the role
Product Enablement Lead at Glean, bridging Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement to translate launches and complex product capabilities into actionable narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue across GTM teams. Develop AI-first enablement systems and in-flow guidance to keep GTM teams current with product changes.
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, translating release notes, specs, and technical documentation into field guidance, target personas, use cases, and proof points.
- Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams, covering launches, core product foundations, advanced AI capabilities, and platform-level narratives.
- Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions with active practice, demos, and real customer scenario application.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure launch readiness for Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases, with talk tracks, demo flows, and enablement bundles.
- Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement through collaboration with Field and Technical Enablement peers.
- Design and operate an AI-first launch-to-enable loop, turning product changes into structured launch briefs, role-based guidance, and in-flow practice using Glean and agents.
- Collaborate with AI product teams to build AI-powered enablement surfaces delivering just-in-time coaching in GTM tooling.
- Champion and co-design 30/60/90-day MVPs for AI-enabled enablement components and feed field feedback into the AI enablement roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles such as product enablement, sales/revenue enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering, or similar with strong product ownership and field interaction.
- Proven track record translating complex or AI-heavy product concepts into simple narratives, talk tracks, and trainings used in the field.
- Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC) and aligning product stories to business outcomes and proof points.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, security and permissions) and how Work AI affects selling and workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to design, deliver, or scale enablement (curricula drafting, interactive labs, self-serve Q&A, agent-assisted certifications).
- Strong project/program management skills with ability to manage multiple launches, stakeholders, and content streams while maintaining timelines and success metrics.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid product release cadences and ability to discern field needs from nice-to-have features.
- Systems thinker who designs durable, AI-powered enablement experiences rather than one-off trainings.
