About the role
Strategy & Operations Lead to join Sailor Health's core team in NYC, reporting to the founders and building growth infrastructure at the intersection of healthcare and AI. In-office role driving multiple functions, including new care lines, core operations, and internal AI transformation.
Responsibilities
- Launch a new care line: stand up and scale new offerings like care navigation, owning everything from workflow design to execution and performance.
- Own and scale a function: take over a core area like provider operations, RCM, or care navigation and drive it from scrappy to world-class.
- Drive AI transformation internally: deploy AI-powered tools, from vibe-coded internal apps to workflow automations, that unlock step-function improvements in how we operate.
Qualifications

- You want to solve hard problems: energized by complexity and strong work ethic.
- You’re analytical and decisive: skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of deep analyses to inform fast, high-quality decisions.
