About the role

Role within Clipboard’s Education channel initiative, leading the Million Dollar Nurse YouTube presence to educate and empower nurses and caretakers, with production leadership from ideation through hosting and publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Run the channel – from ideation to hosting to production. Lead the team (scriptwriter and editor) while appearing on camera as the voice of Million Dollar Nurse.
  • On-camera presence 3-4 hours per week; host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos.
  • Set the content strategy: topics, angles, and what to skip (e.g., determine which topics will perform best).
  • Manage the production end to end; ensure writer and editor meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
  • Monitor analytics with head of social; bi-weekly review to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • This role fits multiple backgrounds (content, journalism, ops, finance, healthcare) and prioritizes fit over past titles.
  • You’re magnetic on camera and can mentor audiences with warmth and trust.
  • Curious and fast learner; comfortable with finance, content, YouTube growth, and team management.
  • Strong operator capable of coordinating multiple contractors and moving parts.
  • Audience-focused; passion for improving resources for nurses.
