About the role

Sales role focused on selling Leland’s AI enablement and training programs to businesses and organizations, driving the majority of the B2B sales process from sourcing to closing in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets by building and managing B2B sales pipelines
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle for organizations, from initial outreach to contract signing
  • Identify and engage businesses and other organizations to sell Leland’s AI Builder Program and other related offerings
  • Work closely with decision-makers to understand their needs and craft tailored partnership solutions
  • Build trust with organizational clients, positioning Leland as the best resource for their employees or members
  • Create winning playbooks, training materials, and resources to drive team success in B2B sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and an excellent client experience

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or selling to organizations
  • Eager to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced startup environment
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Team player who strives to help the team win
  • Scrappy, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Motivated by goals and excels at achieving ambitious sales targets
  • Customer-centric and passionate about ensuring client success
  • Ability to travel as needed
