About the role

Senior Sales role focused on pipeline growth for Voice AI products, targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts. Marketed to technical buyers with a data-driven, outbound/inbound qualification approach and close collaboration with Account Executives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing pipeline across a defined territory
  • Identifying and targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Conducting outbound prospecting using multi-channel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to create high-quality opportunities
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to progress and convert opportunities
  • Tailoring messaging to both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Using tools like Salesforce, sequencing platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage activity and performance
  • Leveraging AI tools to research accounts and personalise outreach

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding targets, with clear evidence of performance and impact
  • Methodical, organised approach to territory management and pipeline building
  • Ability to engage both technical buyers (e.g. CTOs) and business leaders with tailored messaging
  • Comfort selling complex or intangible products such as APIs, platforms, or developer tools
  • Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to develop into more senior commercial roles as the company scales
