About the role
Lead engineer responsible for deploying and optimizing native Windows agent frameworks and local runtimes for autonomous AI agents on GeForce RTX PCs, integrating Nemoclaw/OpenClaw, and ensuring privacy, security, and efficient local inference.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead engineer for developing agent frameworks natively on Windows environments and define the technical roadmap for always-on, self-evolving AI assistants on GeForce RTX PCs/laptops.
- Lead engineering efforts to optimize agent runtimes for Windows, ensuring autonomous agents operate within detailed policy-based privacy and security frameworks (filesystem access, secure inference routing, network egress).
- Partner with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community to deliver a robust ecosystem for autonomous agents on consumer hardware.
- Mentor engineers, establish deployment guidelines for AI agents, and produce reliable, production-ready code.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in Staff or Lead Architect roles.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing technologies, and system-level security architecture.
- Proven understanding of LLM inference pipelines (Ollama, Llama.cpp, vLLM), GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, TensorRT), and experience running local models on consumer-grade hardware.
- Practical experience with modern AI orchestration and agentic frameworks (OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain) and understanding of multi-agent systems planning, acting, and tool use.
- Proficiency in C++ (performance-critical systems/OS integration) and Python (AI/blueprint logic).
- Experience building virtualization, containerization, or robust sandboxing tools natively for Windows.
