About the role

Senior Developer Technology Engineer focused on accelerating RTX & DGX SoC performance for agentic AI workflows, collaborating with partner ecosystems and across system software, GPU driver, architecture, and NVIDIA Research to influence next-generation high-performance SoCs.

Responsibilities

  • Own key engagements with developer ecosystem partners to optimize applications for RTX and DGX SoCs
  • Lead performance optimization for compute-intensive CPU, AI, and 3D graphics workloads; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Collaborate across system software, GPU driver, architecture, and NVIDIA Research to influence next-gen SoC platforms with real-world workflows and partner/customer insights
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team environment

Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python; strong software design and parallel programming techniques
  • Experience developing native software on Windows and Linux
  • Familiar with agents for software development and related tasks
  • Strong passion for performance optimization of CPU, AI, or 3D-graphics end-to-end workflows; experience with profiling and debugging CPU & GPU
  • Fundamental understanding of CPU or GPU architecture
  • Good communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with high autonomy and critical thinking; thrives in an open, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and on-site partner visits
