About the role

Remote, part-time or full-time teletherapy position for independently licensed therapists serving older adults. Sailor Health provides caseloads, administrative support, and a clinical community. Fully remote with flexible scheduling and a fee-for-service model; opportunities for growth and continued education.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
  • Licensed in Texas
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.
