About the role

Role focused on building and owning the provider operations and infrastructure to deliver exceptional clinician experiences, with a blend of operational execution and AI-native system design in a fast-growing healthcare startup.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the voice of the provider across the company: be the voice of real provider pain points in rooms with product, engineering, and clinical.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience, with at least one of: prior ops or product role at a fast-growing startup; consulting or finance experience. Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement in at least one dimension.
