About the role
Women in Field Sales: Venue Sales Rep in the UK, engaging customers face-to-face at venues across multiple cities to promote Octopus Energy tariffs and low carbon technologies, with training and support provided.
Responsibilities
- Directly engage with customers on a face to face basis, to promote our energy tariffs and low carbon technologies, such as solar panels, heat pumps and electric vehicles.
- Introduce Octopus Energy to local communities as a preferred potential supplier by comparing service and products with other energy companies to help customers decide on switching.
- Make every conversation count, delivering outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every new customer you bring on board.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required; strong customer-focused experience and ability to connect with others considered a plus.
- Confident in their own style, good listeners, and genuinely interested in connecting with others.
- Positive, approachable and confident communication style.
- Experience in a customer-centric setting with quick and effective customer solutions.
- Willingness to approach customers and maximize every interaction.
- Enjoys bringing customers ease and joy in the process.
