About the role

Stedi is a headless API-first healthcare clearinghouse. The Product Manager will own one of Stedi's products end-to-end, shaping requirements, prioritizing, and working with engineering to execute on the roadmap in a healthcare revenue cycle management context.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse offering.
  • Contribute to a team that ships day in and day out – see our blog and changelog.
  • Report directly to the Head of Product and Engineering and work closely with the CEO to develop product direction.
  • Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets). Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product.
  • Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
  • Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
  • Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in product management role with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus).
  • 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code are strongly preferred.
  • Established track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
  • Highly curious; strive for deep understanding and high quality.
  • Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often.
