About the role

Role focused on being the human face of the product for customers, translating AI concepts into business terms, and aligning product roadmap with real-world financial and operational processes. Travel up to five days a week to customer sites in the Midwest and South.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with customers and prospects, from first conversation through deployment and expansion
  • Run working sessions with finance and operations leaders; map our product to their actual processes — accounts payable, material planning, procurement, close
  • Translate technical and AI concepts into business terms — margin, working capital, revenue — for non-technical audiences
  • Bring what you learn in the field back to the product team and help shape the roadmap
  • Travel to customer sites, primarily in the Midwest and South — up to five days a week

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience, likely at a management consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or technology consultancy (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG)
  • Sharp on your feet — you hold your own in a room of skeptical operators and are comfortable with direct pushback
  • AI native — fluent in current tools and concepts, and clear-eyed about what's real versus hype
  • Intellectually curious about how businesses actually run, down to the process level
  • A people-first communicator — you build genuine connection first; commercial outcomes follow
