About the role

Recruiter role at Endeavor AI, based in Chicago, on-site. Responsible for end-to-end recruiting of engineers, product people, and technical leaders, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a respectful candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Own searches from first outreach to signed offer
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Ensure every candidate, hired or not, feels respected and informed

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally with at least some exposure to technical roles (agency or in-house both count)
  • Empathy for candidates
  • Solid sourcing fundamentals and a curiosity to keep improving them
  • Clear, warm written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization
  • Comfort with ambiguity and startup pace, bias toward building process
  • Growth mindset
