About the role

Recruiting Coordinator at Factory responsible for candidate experience, interview scheduling, onsite hosting, and ensuring smooth coordination with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full scheduling experience including interview coordination so every candidate and interviewer shows up informed, prepared, and on time.
  • Host candidates onsite and create a candidate experience that's warm, human, and memorable while adapting to different personalities and making everyone feel at home.
  • Keep candidates and hiring teams in the loop throughout the process with timely, warm, and clear communication.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs, solve problems in real time, and keep things moving.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination roles (internships and entry-level experience considered).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Bonus: experience with Ashby is a plus.
  • Are highly skilled in tools like Google Calendar, Guide, Ashby, Slack, and Notion with demonstrated ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
  • Use discretion when working with senior and executive level candidates.
