About the role

Senior system management architect responsible for end-to-end AI factory management infrastructure, defining production and provisioning flows, hardware/software interfaces, and management protocols for AI factory platforms (BMCs, MCUs, CPUs, switches, CPLDs) across power-on, reset, and boot sequences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document production, provisioning, update, recovery, and reset flows for AI factory sub-systems; ensure system-level architectural alignment across GPU, DPU, CPU, Switch ASIC, NIC ASIC, BMC, and peripherals.
  • Specify and implement standard management protocols (Red-Fish, NSM, PLDM, SPDM, MCTP, NC-SI) across sub-system interfaces.
  • Define system-level hardware/software behavior, including CPLD logic requirements, power-sequencing dependencies, and reset orchestration (e.g., PCIe PERST#, SBR, forced resets).
  • Architect intra-board communication pathways using PCIe, I2C/I3C, USB, and SPI; ensure robust OOB and in-band management connectivity.
  • Collaborate with Production, Hardware and Firmware Engineering, ASIC FW/Driver teams, SW/NOS teams and QA to translate architectural specs into implementable, testable solutions.
  • Author technical specifications, test plans, and architectural design documents for development and factory production.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
