About the role

Role focused on building and maintaining systems, workflows, data and AI automation to scale Viktor's hiring operations. You will reduce manual work for recruiters, own the ATS, coordinate agencies, and provide hiring data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Less manual work for recruiters: identify recurring admin burdens, automate them, and demonstrate time savings in real searches.
  • The ATS: manage pipelines, stages, templates, automations; ensure a single source of truth for every role and candidate.
  • Agency and sourcing coordination: manage briefs, submissions, feedback, terms, and prevent duplicates or stale submissions.
  • Hiring data: maintain a reliable weekly view of progress against targets, identify bottlenecks, and drive actions with Kacper and recruiters.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for simple, effective solutions
  • AI-native and hands-on: able to ship tools and automations with AI, and explain, debug and improve them
  • Strong UI/UX sense: clear flows, minimal friction, users want to use what you build
  • Experience building and running processes, including handling exceptions and repetitive work
  • Process-oriented approach; prefers fixing procedures over duplicating efforts
  • Strong English; Polish a plus for working with local agencies
  • Warsaw-based, on-site
