About the role

First dedicated GTM and marketing recruiter responsible for hiring across sales, marketing, and creative as Viktor scales, owning full-cycle recruiting for GTM and Marketing roles and driving candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the funnel for assigned GTM and Marketing searches, including Creative; source, screen, schedule, move candidates through stages, and present ready-for-round-2 candidates to hiring managers.
  • Know and report on funnel metrics: conversion by stage, time-to-offer, bottlenecks, and continuous improvements.
  • Use AI to automate sourcing, drafting, and operations to operate like a larger team.

Qualifications

  • Experience hiring go-to-market talent (sales, marketing, creative); in-house end-to-end ownership and closing candidates with competing offers.
  • Ability to pitch Viktor effectively in English, on camera or in person, and assess candidates from first interaction.
  • Proven track record of running multiple searches for several hiring managers simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong outreach skills with personalized messaging (no generic templates).
