About the role

Thera is building a financial OS for global teams. The company is seeking a CTO to lead engineering, drive full-stack development, and shape engineering culture as they scale post-seed funding.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Engineering Team
  • Lead full-stack development
  • Combine in house and 3rd party APIs functionality to build holistic platform
  • Define our engineering culture and best practices from the ground up
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO and directly impact product roadmap

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a good track record
  • Experience with Kotlin, React.js, Next.js, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks
  • Product-minded; enjoys talking to users and learning their needs
  • Previous experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups
