Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development
- Combine in house and 3rd party API provider functionality to build holistic HR platform
- Define our engineering culture and best practices from the ground up
- Collaborate closely with our CTO and CEO and directly impact product roadmap
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with Typescript, Kotlin, React.js, NextJS, Spring Boot or similar frameworks
- Product-minded with user-facing focus
- Strong bias toward action and execution
