About the role

Product Manager role at Thera, responsible for owning core product surfaces across payroll, payments, and EOR. Remote contract/full-time engagement with compensation $2,000–$3,000 per month.

Responsibilities

  • Design for core product surfaces across payroll, payments, and EOR
  • Customer research with SMB owners and their finance and ops teams
  • Flows and prototypes the team can test, learn from, and ship
  • A design system and components that keep the product consistent and fast to build
  • Close partnership with engineering on implementation and quality

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of product design experience
  • Strong craft in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
  • Fluent in Figma or similar tools
  • Experience with complex B2B or fintech products is a plus
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
  • Builder mindset. You prototype first and do not wait for perfect inputs.
  • Clear communicator who can turn customer feedback into product changes fast
