About the role

Performance Marketing Manager role focused on Display & CTV acquisition at Novig, responsible for building and scaling campaigns, owning tracking and data quality, and driving growth in a live-sports prediction market.

Responsibilities

  • Platform-Native Operator: actively pulling levers, launching campaigns, reviewing MMP data, and optimizing performance in real time
  • Execution Over Theory: build, launch, and scale campaigns yourself; iterate based on performance data
  • Technical Ownership: own tracking end-to-end, implement and QA conversion events, configure CAPI and server-side integrations, troubleshoot attribution/data discrepancies
  • Signal Density Obsession: improve event coverage, clean up tracking, ensure high-quality conversion data for platforms
  • Conversion Systems Thinker: optimize bidding strategies, attribution models, optimization windows, and learning phases; assess platform data vs. test results
  • Experimentation Mindset: design structured A/B tests, scale what works, kill what doesn’t
  • Growth Through Performance: treat campaign structure, creative testing velocity, event prioritization, and signal quality as growth levers
