About the role

Part-time, on-site retail role at ARC’TERYX Castle Rock Outlet focused on delivering an exceptional brand experience, sharing technical product knowledge, and supporting store initiatives and guest services.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving
  • Building a strong understanding of products and weaving this information into guest interactions authentically
  • Championing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
  • Developing personal and professional passions with team support
  • Supporting store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
  • Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
  • Maintaining open, collaborative relationships with team and store leadership
  • Supporting various store tasks as assigned by leadership
  • Answering store phones and responding to voicemails and emails; occasional engagement on Epicenter social channels
  • Utilizing Point-of-Sale system to process transactions (warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, returns)
  • Receiving/unpacking inventory (boxes weigh 5-30 lbs)

  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
