About the role

On-site role designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise AV systems and collaboration spaces (Teams Rooms, event spaces) at NVIDIA. Leads AV installation projects, manages logistics and vendor relationships, provides Tier 3 support across AV hardware/software, and enables API-driven automation and integration with building systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical domain expert for the global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
  • Drive end-to-end AV infrastructure logistics; manage POs and vendor relationships, coordinating ordering, configuration, and shipping of equipment for global sites.
  • Lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings to final commissioning with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams.
  • Provide Tier 3 solving and operational support for hardware/software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems to maximize uptime for critical meetings.
  • Design and support the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture, dial plans, auto-attendants, call queues, and PSTN via Direct Routing and Operator Connect with high availability.
  • Drive API-led automation (Webex, Microsoft Graph), develop custom macros/UI extensions, and integrate AV with smart-building systems; apply observability-first, UX-driven approach to deliver seamless collaboration experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Audio Visual engineering, design, and support within an enterprise environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in configuring and fixing AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast) and how they apply to AV traffic (Dante, AES67, NVX).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
