Software Development Engineer II to help build and extend Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR). Work on fast, scalable, and secure container registry services, contribute to reducing container launch times, and define how developers use containers at scale. Responsibilities

  • Key job responsibilities (as inferred from description): build and extend the container registry services for ECR; contribute to high-quality, scalable, reliable systems; participate in on-call rotations; collaborate with a team to delight developers and customers; engage in design and implementation to improve container workflows at scale.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
