About the role

Investigation Associate with background in transportation, risk management and data-driven problem resolution. Will investigate suspicious activity, address escalations, and develop long-term systemic solutions to enhance customer experience. Flexible to work 24x7 shift and different week-offs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations
  • Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
  • Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
  • Knowledge to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information
  • Experience to follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary
  • Meet productivity, quality and other hygiene metrics/ goals
  • Share inputs for SOP enhancements

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience
  • Speak, write, and read fluently (English)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Work a flexible schedule
