About the role

AI Solutions & Process Engineer based in Berlin (HQ) working on building a scalable Growth Engine by aligning AI-native solutions with the internal process architecture, customer journey, and digital experience to drive growth in Europe’s energy market.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Experience: Develop customer-facing and internal tools along the user journey to create competitive advantages in the European energy market, reduce friction, improve conversion rates, and enable scalable growth.
  • Scalability: Own end-to-end process architecture including the data model of the revenue process; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization potential and sustainably increase process efficiency through automation.
  • Growth Engine: Combine internal process architecture with digital experience to create a growth engine for sustainable, predictable, and scalable growth for trawa.
  • User Journey: Holistically oversee the customer journey from first contact to successful customer onboarding from both customer and internal operational perspectives.
  • AI Craftsmanship: Utilize state-of-the-art AI solutions to build AI-native capabilities that position trawa as a leader in the energy market
