About the role

GTM-focused role owning end-to-end workflow design for all GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE and managers), building tooling and onboarding processes, and driving adoption across the GTM organization at Scribe.

Responsibilities

  • Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for every GTM role — AE, BDR, CSM, SE, and their managers
  • Design the task, queue, and report experience to standardize workflow across pods
  • Build the manager inspection layer to track adoption at defined cadences
  • Participate in new-hire onboarding cohorts, owning logins, systems training, and first workflows
  • Own change adoption when pricing, packaging, process, or tooling shifts
  • Re-architect broken workflows and specify fixes for GTM Systems to implement
  • Run front-line user support and case queue, using Scribe Capture and Optimize to identify where reps get stuck

Qualifications

  • You've operated as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company
  • You can design and specify fixes for broken workflows rather than documenting the as-is state
  • You understand Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems well enough to brief a systems team precisely
  • You've run onboarding or training cohorts end to end
  • You're comfortable running training sessions and office hours for large groups of field reps
  • You use AI-native tools daily and dogfood your own product
