About the role

GTM Systems Analyst role supporting and maintaining the systems architecture behind Peregrine's go-to-market organization, primarily focusing on Salesforce and connected tools. Hands-on partner to 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance, handling day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, access management, enhancements, and escalation to Revenue Operations. Combines responsive support with execution against a GTM systems roadmap, sprint-based projects, data governance, and opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to team needs and take timely action to support business outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders; involve senior teammates when needed
  • Triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues; distinguish between systems issues, user guidance needs, and process improvements
  • Balance quick-turn support with larger projects that may take weeks or months
  • Ask questions to understand requirements; apply lessons from prior work
  • Develop understanding of GTM operations and change management considerations for updates
  • Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with discretion

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with strong Salesforce fundamentals
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment; ~1 year if certified, or deeper practical experience without certification
  • Ability to triage competing requests and stay organized in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience supporting or executing parts of GTM planning or systems-change cycles; ability to follow a project plan and hit deadlines
  • Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana
  • Growing familiarity with GTM tech stack (Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration; translating business needs into clear systems requirements
  • Service-oriented, proactive, low-ego, bias for team outcomes; sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Nice to have: GovTech/public-sector sales or complex-sales-cycle SaaS experience; Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing experience

  • Compensation range: $110,000—$135,000 USD
