About the role

GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture behind Peregrine's go-to-market organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance). Hands-on ownership of Salesforce and connected tools, handling day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, access management, enhancements, and cross-functional escalation. Combines rapid support with execution against a GTM systems roadmap, data governance, automation opportunities, documentation, training, and self-service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to team needs and take timely action to support business outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and involve senior teammates when needed
  • Triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, stay organized in a fast-changing environment
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish between systems issues, user guidance, and broader process improvement
  • Balance quick-turn support with larger projects that may take weeks or months
  • Ask why behind requirements, seek feedback, and apply lessons learned to future work
  • Develop understanding of GTM teams and change management for system/workflow updates
  • Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with discretion

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of Salesforce fundamentals
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment
  • Comfortable triaging competing requests and staying organized in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience supporting or executing parts of GTM planning or systems-change cycles
  • Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana
  • Growing familiarity with GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay) a plus
  • Strong communicator and collaborator who can translate business needs into clear system requirements
  • Service-oriented, proactive, low-ego with bias for action toward team outcomes
  • Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive business information and contracts
  • Nice to have: GovTech/public sector or complex-sales SaaS experience; Salesforce CPQ or related customer-facing experience
