About the role

Growth Marketing Lead role for Blipay (part of Tilt) focused on defining and executing growth strategy across multiple channels in Brazil (Campinas or São Paulo) with hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on core growth metrics, translating data into actionable insights and continuous optimization.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, including our credit marketplace, ensuring alignment, performance, and mutual growth.
  • Design and execute end-to-end growth strategies, including performance marketing, SEO optimization, and member-get-member (referral) initiatives.
  • Lead content production efforts for social media, driving brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in growth, performance marketing, or a related field, ideally within fintech, payments, or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels, SEO, and referral programs.
  • Experience managing external partners and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of social media and content strategy.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and prioritize effectively.
