About the role

Internal-facing project management and process/data integration consultant focusing on operational execution, data alignment, and governance between Treasury, Finance, Data Engineering, and Operations to ensure audit-ready data logs and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Process Alignment: Translate internal guidelines into clear, actionable SOPs for Treasury, Finance, and Operations.
  • Cross-Departmental Guidance & Patient Communication: Explain what needs to be done and what cannot be done; guide teams on proper data recording procedures.
  • Data & System Requirement Mapping: Define precise data structure requirements with Data Engineering and IT, including logging fields, system snapshots, and data retention rules.
  • Progress Tracking & Verification: Monitor implementation progress, conduct routine checks, and maintain documentation for internal reviews.
  • Continuous Workflow Optimization: Identify process gaps, negotiate solutions across teams, and refine internal frameworks as operations evolve.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Process Consulting, Operational Audit, or Strategy Execution
  • Experience from Big 4 firms or corporate advisory background preferred
  • Data & Process Acumen: familiarity with data structures, operational logs, and financial record-keeping concepts
  • Exceptional EQ & Soft Skills: diplomacy, cross-team collaboration, and calm communication
  • Execution & Ownership Mindset: pragmatic, detail-oriented, capable of delivering in fast-paced environments
  • Language Skills: professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
