About the role

Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a remote, high-growth tech environment. Proactive, highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling high-touch, concierge-style support in North America EST or the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch, concierge-like support to a C-suite Executive (CEO).
  • Manage intricate and time-sensitive scheduling demands proactively.
  • Organize detailed travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Collaborate on and coordinate projects and event planning activities, including off-site meetings and employee retreats.
  • Manage a high volume of emails, flag important messages, and coordinate calls and meetings as necessary.
  • Draft and prepare confidential correspondence on behalf of C-suite executives.
  • Proficiently handle expense reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-touch, concierge-like support to a C-suite Executive.
  • Managed intricate and time-sensitive scheduling demands efficiently and proactively, while prioritizing conflicting requirements.
  • Organized detailed travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Collaborated on and coordinated projects and event planning activities, including off-site meetings and employee retreats.
  • Managed a high volume of emails, flagging important messages and coordinating calls and meetings as necessary.
  • Drafted and prepared confidential correspondence on behalf of C-suite executives.
  • Proficiently handled expense reports.
  • Based in North America EST or the United Kingdom.
