About the role

Internship in Operations & Strategy within a FinTech startup focused on private markets. Hybrid Berlin-based role with two focus areas (Fund Administration or Venture Operations); minimum six-month commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Support fund onboarding process: coordinate investor support, client onboarding, document preparation, troubleshoot operational issues as funds transition onto the platform; liaise with internal and external stakeholders; map fund structures; ensure a smooth and scalable onboarding experience.
  • Manage investor onboarding, investment documentation, capital calls, and more in venture operations; help scale deal execution with quality and speed across jurisdictions; focus on process efficiency and end-to-end automation across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, business law, etc.) or an operations-related role
  • Recent graduate or nearing end of studies
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Curious and proactive mindset - asks why rather than accepting at face value
  • Understanding of basic private market fundamentals and interest in private asset investing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with automation and project management tools like Notion, Make, Asana or Retool is a plus
