About the role

Role focused on transferring Network Silicon IC products from design to mass production, performing IC test definition and development, and coordinating with manufacturing teams to improve yields, test coverage, and cost.

Responsibilities

  • IC Test definition & development (including test/HW debug)
  • Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield)
  • Ensure scalable testing & manufacturing for high speed interfaces
  • Direct our local and overseas manufacturing teams to transition new products to factories

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • High self-learning skills
  • High execution quality standards
