About the role

NVIDIA is looking for a Customer Technical Program Manager to lead multi-functional teams and drive GPU and Storage server solutions, coordinating hardware/software integration from evaluation to production deployment, with a focus on AI Storage Computing Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-functional teams together with OEM/ODM, network & storage vendors, software partners to deliver next generation of AI Storage Computing Platforms.
  • Define the strategy and tactics for driving GPU and Storage server solutions and integration of hardware and software stacks from evaluation/POC to design/development/qualification/validation, through customer acceptance and start of service.
  • Lead and improve existing product development by scoping projects, assembling core support teams, kicking off projects with customers, developing joint project timelines, supporting design-in with collateral/tools.
  • Coordinate and facilitate engineering design reviews, ensure customer-required features, drive resolution of blockers/bugs, ensure timely customer acceptance and production deployment.
  • Effectively organize and lead complex engineering-to-engineering discussions (hardware and software).
  • Work with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve technical/logistical issues, manage expectations, and keep project scope on track.
  • Regularly communicate program status and key issues to customer and management.
  • Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong Technical Programs Management experience for complex OEM/ODM System Level integration, development and qualification
  • Experience around SW/HW System Level life cycle, knowledge of key indicators to lead program/project
  • Experience driving execution and coordination between internal teams and external accounts
  • Ability to partner with leadership teams to provide dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics and managing risks.
