About the role

Solutions Architect for large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure design, focusing on servers, networks, storage and systems management. Acts as primary technical expert between NVIDIA, customers and partners in Southeast Asia; responsible for solutions design, sales activities, demonstrations, training, delivery support, and post-sales coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities for NVIDIA technology and solutions by communicating the product portfolio and analyzing customer requirements; independently lead technical sales activities with the extended team.
  • Validate data center designs and infrastructure capabilities (power, cooling, space) to host NVIDIA solutions.
  • Collaborate with data center operators, server/storage OEMs, system management and orchestration ISVs to design and deliver complete solutions.
  • Produce solutions proposals including architectural artifacts and bill of materials; tailor reference architectures to customer context.
  • Work with internal engineering and product management to develop new products and reference architectures; contribute reusable assets and templates.
  • Collaborate with professional services and enterprise support on delivery and post-sales support.
  • Set up and run demos, proofs of concept and benchmarks as required.
  • Deliver technical training and workshops; present at industry and market events.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure technical sales.
  • B.Sc or Master in Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects.
  • Strong background in IT networking, preferably for Enterprise.
  • Experience in network design and topologies (logical and physical).
  • Knowledge of Infiniband and RoCE fabrics.
  • Expertise with infrastructure management including Linux, Ethernet and IP networking, IPMI and RedFish.
  • Hardware and workload performance tuning and optimisation experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support customers in Southeast Asia.
  • Professional or Native English language proficiency.
