- Managing our pre-litigation activities relating to IP licensing.
- Negotiating licenses.
Qualifications
- A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.
- 10+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong written and oral advocacy.
- Great judgment and management skills.
