About the role

PhD internship in hardware/silicon engineering in Israel, focusing on building Google's next-generation systems including CPUs, TPUs, and SoCs. Projects at the intersection of hardware, software, and algorithms with exposure to custom silicon portfolio within Google Cloud/AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field in Israel, and in your second or final year of education.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience working in C++ programming.
  • Relevant practical research or internship experience with architectural modeling, simulation, or developing software for high-performance computing.
  • Experience working with data structures or algorithms during coursework/projects, research, internships, or practical experience in school or work (e.g., open-source coding).
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
