About the role

Role focused on owning customer-facing surfaces for Jarmin's AI Employees, from interface to data layer, designing new product experiences from first principles.

Responsibilities

  • Own the surfaces customers use to hire, direct, and trust their AI Employees, from the interface through the data layer
  • Design new product experiences from first principles
  • Areas you may work in: - Product surfaces where customers work with their AI Employees - The APIs and data models behind those surfaces - Interfaces for reviewing, approving, and correcting agent work - Making complex agent output understandable by people - Prototyping new interaction patterns for agentic products

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Strong frontend development skills, comfortable owning a feature from the interface through the data layer
  • Strong design sense and attention to how things feel
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production systems
  • Willingness to work in person in San Francisco
  • US citizen/visa only
