Qualifications
- 6+ years experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, production systems experience
- Experience building and operating production systems and explaining decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes
- Ability to independently identify important problems, define work, and follow through without a specification
- Ability to learn quickly in unfamiliar areas and communicate reasoning clearly
