About the role

Build something monumental for Healthcare! Tandem Health reimagines healthcare by putting clinicians first. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors, expanding globally, and looking for an on-site SDR based in Leiden to support onboarding, activation, and structured outbound activities within care groups and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Grow within contracted care groups: onboarding and activation of individual general practices
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers per care group and practice
  • Execute structured outreach via email and phone, schedule meetings, and support events
  • Coordinate onboarding: ensure practices are prepared to use Tandem product (e.g., ensure necessary equipment, plan and run training sessions)
  • Maintain a structured pipeline: keep CRM up-to-date and report weekly on usage, progress, and blockers
  • Gather user feedback: capture common questions/objections, workflow needs, and product insights and share with the team

Qualifications

  • Experience in a commercial role (e.g., business / sales development representative)
  • Comfort with a structured outreach process and KPIs (phone calls, emails, video meetings, CRM logging)
  • Energy from working with multiple stakeholders within care groups and practices (management to practice teams)
  • Organized and persistent: can unblock blockers and maintain momentum across dozens of practices
  • Clear communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn by doing
