About the role

Technical ambassador and executive advisor role bridging MinIO's engineering innovations with enterprise customer needs. Focus on AI/ML architectures, modern analytics, and data infrastructure strategy for large-scale enterprise deployments, with executive engagement and product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Advisory & Evangelism: Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies. Articulate the strategic value of high-performance object storage in the context of AI readiness and data democratization.
  • Architectural Leadership: Design and validate complex, large-scale architectures for enterprise customers. Guide integration of MinIO into AI/ML pipelines and modern data lakehouse ecosystems.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Represent MinIO at industry events, write technical whitepapers, reference architectures, and blogs on object storage, generative AI, and analytics.
  • Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Strategic Support: Collaborate with sales and customer success on high-stakes deals; unblock technical objections during PoCs and large-scale deployments.
  • Product Strategy Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer to inform product and engineering with market trends and emerging AI/Analytics patterns.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, VP of Engineering, or previous Field CTO).
  • Experience in a customer-facing or evangelist capacity, presenting to both technical audiences and C-level executives.
