About the role
Contract Administrator role supporting post-award management of 300+ contracts, renewal opportunities, and coordination with customers, internal teams, and resellers. Based in Washington, DC, with in-office presence required 4 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Review executed contracts and identify obligations and deadlines
- Map requirements to business goals
- Drive post-award administration issues through resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders
- Serve as essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers regarding amendments, notices, renewals, and post-award matters
- Manage 300+ active contracts and orders
- Own critical renewal opportunities
- Document action items, milestones, status, and next steps in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contracting experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space (state and local governments strongly preferred)
- Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and CRM software (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Ability to administer legal agreements with customers and support onboarding processes
- Experience with direct contracting mechanisms and 3rd party contracting vehicles such as Cooperative Purchasing Agreements
- Familiarity with solution-based selling and navigating complex sales processes with others
- Excellent executive-level written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Located in Washington, D.C., and willingness to come into the office 4 days/week
