About the role
Contract Administrator responsible for turning executed contracts into coordinated action, reviewing agreements, identifying obligations and deadlines, mapping requirements to business goals, and driving post-award administration issues to resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review agreements to identify obligations and deadlines.
- Map contract requirements to business goals and processes.
- Drive post-award administration issues through resolution with client advocates, legal counsel, and stakeholders.
- Serve as point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers on amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters.
- Manage 300+ active contracts and orders.
- Own critical renewal opportunities.
- Document action items, milestones, status, and next steps in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contracting experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space (state and local governments strongly preferred).
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and CRM software (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Ability to administer legal agreements with customers and support onboarding processes.
- Experience with direct contracting mechanisms and 3rd party contracting vehicles (e.g., Cooperative Purchasing Agreements).
- Familiarity with solution-based selling and navigating complex sales processes in teaming with others.
- Excellent executive-level written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Located in New York City and willing to come into the office 4 days/week.
