About the role
Contract Administrator role focused on turning executed contracts into coordinated action, managing post-award administration, renewals, amendments, and ensuring milestones are tracked in Salesforce for 300+ active contracts.
Responsibilities
- Review agreements and identify obligations and deadlines
- Map requirements to business goals
- Drive post-award administration issues through resolution with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders
- Serve as essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers regarding amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters
- Manage 300+ active contracts and orders
- Own critical renewal opportunities
- Document action items, milestones, status, and next steps in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contracting experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space (state and local governments strongly preferred)
- Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and CRM software (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Ability to administer legal agreements with customers and support onboarding processes
- Experience utilizing direct contracting mechanisms and 3rd party contracting vehicles such as Cooperative Purchasing Agreements
- Familiarity with solution-based selling and navigating complex sales processes
- Excellent executive-level written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Located in San Francisco, California, and willing to come into the office 4 days/week
