About the role

Role focused on owning and managing the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships for Peregrine’s AI-enabled platform, driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term value with senior agency leaders in public safety and government sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Own all customer relationships throughout the contract and be the primary interface between customers and Peregrine teams
  • Represent the voice of the customer to engineers and support customers with updates, workflows, and features
  • Interpret multiple data sources (dashboards, metrics, onsite visits) to maximize user effectiveness on the Peregrine platform
  • Ensure adoption and measurable operational outcomes for major deployments
  • Translate technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value at executive levels
  • Navigate ambiguity, structure work across large organizations, and drive progress with internal and external stakeholders
  • Protect and grow Peregrine’s most important accounts by owning outcomes, not just activity

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts
  • Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond go-live
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort managing scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination
  • Technical fluency to partner credibly with IT, Product, and Deployment teams
  • Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to travel ~60% of the time across LA and Orange County
