About the role

Manager of Bosta sales responsible for leading the sales team focused on acquiring corporate clients for shipping solutions, driving revenue growth, and expanding the corporate portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Set monthly and quarterly team targets and ensure achievement of all KPIs
  • Identify, prospect, and close new corporate clients for our documents delivery service
  • Conduct joint field visits, sales presentations, and high-level meetings with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline for documents shipping
  • Support the team in negotiations and closing deals
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to support the E-Commerce vertical
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Develop sales strategies and account plans to expand our corporate footprint
  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities in the documents segment
  • Ensure all sales activities and client records are accurately updated in CRM systems
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team productivity

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience (preferably in courier, logistics, delivery, or service-based industries)
  • Previous experience leading a team or supervising sales staff
  • Proven track record in acquiring and closing corporate clients
  • Very good English communication skills, spoken and written
  • Having a car and a valid driving license is a must
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to set targets, manage performance, and drive team results, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
