About the role

Seasonal, part-time Product Guide role at Arc’teryx in Livermore, CA (San Francisco Premium Outlets). On-site in-store position focusing on delivering brand experience, product knowledge, customer service, and store initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving
  • Building a strong understanding of products and weaving information into guest interactions
  • Championing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
  • Developing passions both in and out of the store with team support
  • Supporting with store projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
  • Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
  • Maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with team and store leadership
  • Participating in various store tasks as assigned by leadership
  • Answering store phones and responding to voicemails/emails; occasionally responding on Epicenter social channels
  • Using Point-of-Sale system to process transactions (warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, returns)
  • Receiving and unpacking inventory (boxes weigh 5-30 lbs)
