About the role

Product Guide at Arc'teryx Woodbury Outlet in Central Valley, NY. Part-time, temporary/seasonal on-site retail role focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience, product knowledge, brand ambassador duties, and in-store collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving
  • Building a strong understanding of products and weaving information into guest interactions authentically
  • Championing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
  • Developing passions in and out of the store with team support
  • Supporting and participating in store projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
  • Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
  • Maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with team and store leadership
  • Supporting various store tasks as assigned by leadership
  • Answering store phones, voicemails, and store emails; may respond on Epicenter social media channels
  • Utilizing the Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns
  • Receiving and unpacking inventory (boxes weighing 5-30 lbs)
