About the role

Part of NVIDIA for Startups, focusing on managing and accelerating relationships with AI-native startups across Europe, with emphasis on CUDA/NVIDIA technologies, ecosystem enablement, and collaboration with sales and venture ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, technically assess, and recruit startups across Europe building on NVIDIA-accelerated platforms, with focus on Media & Entertainment, LegalTech, AI Developer Tools, Data Science, and Generative AI
  • Evaluate startup technical maturity, architecture decisions, and platform alignment (CUDA libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, GPU-accelerated data pipelines, training/inference stacks)
  • Share ecosystem, tech, and developer insights with internal partners; translate startup feedback into actionable input for platform, SDK, and product teams
  • Act as the voice of NVIDIA Inception members by understanding technical roadmaps, research foundations, system architectures, and platform dependencies
  • Provide AI Native priority members with content, enablement, and tooling to accelerate adoption of CUDA-based libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, and developer platforms
  • Design and lead one-to-few technical workshops, briefings, and deep dives with Solutions Architects and Developer Relations to accelerate time-to-production and platform optimization
  • Collaborate with venture capital ecosystem to surface technically differentiated startups, share investment-grade insights, and support portfolio compute, infrastructure, and platform strategy
  • Support sell-to and sell-with motions in alignment with NVIDIA sales teams, channel partners, and startups’ enterprise customers, emphasizing GPU acceleration, CUDA performance, and platform differentiation

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in related fields (startup accelerators/incubators, executive/senior roles at technology startups, platform ecosystem development at large tech companies, or venture capital with strong technology focus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Strong affinity for AI, ML, data science, and accelerated computing; familiarity with CUDA, GPU architectures, NVIDIA SDKs, and modern AI tooling
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical founders, engineering leaders, and researchers; translate complex platform concepts into clear guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working across startup founders, researchers, investors, and NVIDIA teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to represent NVIDIA Inception as a credible platform partner
  • Curious, analytical, proactive with focus on improving technical enablement, platform adoption, and ecosystem outcomes
  • Willingness to travel ~40% of time across Europe
